Wind River Hashish

Born from the wild soul of Wyoming, Wind River is an olfactory portrait of the rugged basin where perfumer Jim Lupher came of age—a place where the sky is endless, the wind speaks in sage, and the land remembers everything.

The fragrance opens with the dry, resinous bite of sagebrush, sharpened by the bitter richness of black coffee and the earthy sweetness of tobacco leaves left to cure in the open air. These are the scents of early mornings on the plains—still, solitary, crackling with life just beneath the surface.

At its heart, Wind River turns elemental. The scent of bison leather, weathered and worn, merges with the scorched gleam of hot metal and the abstract, radiating warmth of Iso E Super—a collision of nature and industry, tradition and invention.

As the wind settles and the day fades, the base emerges: a grounding blend of animalic musk, echoing the wild that still roams these lands, sandy loam that holds the scent of sunbaked earth, and the cool green shadow of oakmoss, evoking riverbeds and canyon walls.
