Frequently asked questions:

Does perfume have a shelf life?

The rule of thumb for how long a perfume can last is 3 to 5 years but if stored properly it can last decades. If you want your perfumes to last longer, keep them in the box or away from light at room temperature or cooler.

Can I return my perfume if I don't like it?

Sadly, no. Once a perfume has been purchased we do not offer returns. We do this for the safety of our customers. If a bottle arrives broken or damaged, though, we'll be happy to replace it.

Are your perfumes all-natural?

We use the highest quality ingredients from around the globe in our perfumes. This includes both naturals and synthetics. In some cases, synthetics are more feasible than their natural counterparts. They can also be better for the environment in some cases or less cruel to animals. With that being said, most of our perfumes do contain high levels of natural materials.

Are your perfumes safe?

All of our perfumes are constructed to IFRA and MOCRA standards. You can check out what that means here.

Do you offer custom or bespoke fragrances?

At the moment, no. The most expensive part of perfumery is the formulation of a recipe which requires lots of materials and much trial and error. We would have to charge thousands for a custom recipe to make it worth our time.
